How do we verify our customers?

The big question that arises in every service provider's mind is, is the lead real, is it still valid, if yes how can I service the customer. Flatpebble.com has a 3 step verification process before the leads are shown out in public or the job is approved.

Broadly, there are 3 things that are important to understand about each customer.

1) What service is a customer looking for ?

2) What is his / her budget, location and date.

3) How can I contact this customer easily.

Flatpebble's process's ensure these questions are answered before a job is Public.

  • Customer needs to login and verify their email address

  • Customer also needs to verify phone number that they enter by punching the verification code that they receive as an sms.

 

  • Manual verification happens by calling the customer to verify if the lead is genuine or not. After these 3 steps, the job is approved and visible to public. If not, the job will remain unapproved

Customer requests are not approved where there is lack of sufficient info or if the request is not a genuine as shown in the images above.

I follow the all of above steps...yes i am the verified user but can u say all leads of photographer requirement are genuine or original because some people just get the quote and then never come..so we need the full detail of customer also..

if we send quotation to customer then after we want some feedback from there side, whether they are agree or disagree with quote..let we know any query or further issue so we know if any problem with our side.

Completely agree . However don't you think this is upto the customer? since they may be talking to someone else regarding this.

100% is not possible.. i have one query..??? when i send budget to client at the time subscription point will b deduct..but we haven't get the response... so why we upgrade or go for subscription...???? whether we haven't get any benefit..
