To avoid such scenario we have introduced our New Quote System.
- Quote completeness – It will check, if the photographers are offering *primary services requested by customer
- The new superior design provides a crisp and clear information and helps photographers to accurately estimate their cost and enable them to give the best quotation to the customers
*primary services are basic services like Candid, traditional photo and videography and video Cinematography.
The New Quote System, as compared to the old one is much simpler, easy, informative and structured. So now, no more clumsy quote tables to fill, no more scrolling up and down.
Five main parts of the New Quote System are as follow –
- Key metrics
- Events to be covered and Specifics
- Client requested services
- Optional services
- Additional notes
Key Metrics - This part provide the information about event dates, duration, location and other important details, required by photographers to further dig into the details.
New parameter, Quote Completeness, which calculate % of services being offered by photographers over services requested by customers. Currently we have restricted our system to only allow 80% completeness to quote.
Event to be covered and Specifics – This row provides complete information about the events to be covered. We also encourage customers to enter details like, expected duration of events, which will help photographers to make better estimations. Also key metric dynamic
Client requested services – It is the main part of the quote page, here all services requested by customer is listed, so as of below screenshot is concerned, customer has only requested for Traditional Wedding photography, Candid, Videography and DVD.
Optional Services – This helps photographers to provide some additional complimentary services to the customers, we think it as a tool to game the deal.
Additional Note – This block could be used by the photographers to convey their experience and USP(unique selling point) to the customers. Also this space can be used to provide detail equipment information to the customer
